Stop Building 2020 Content Teams for a 2026 Market.

If one ad still needs four people to ship, you are too slow for 2026. Staff Training builds full-stack operators who can take a brief from idea to live ad without losing context at every handoff.

Built By Simon Beard

Built Culture Kings with my wife Tahnee. Market stall to $600M valuation. No investors. No debt.

The edge wasn't the product. It was demand creation, content, culture, and speed. That's what your team is learning to run.

The Big Thing Your Team Gets

The Creator Army Skill installs Simon's playbook into every operator's AI agent.

This isn't a course library your team bookmarks. The Creator Army Demand Creation Skill plugs into Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw. Every brief, hook, script, and ad your team produces comes back tuned to the same demand system.

  • Installs into Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw

  • Encodes Simon's $600M demand creation system

  • Every operator on your team works from the same framework

  • Updated continuously as the system evolves

The Problem

Your Team Is Busy. But Is It Shipping Enough Work That Moves the Business?

The old content team looks productive on the surface. But underneath, the system is slow.

  • One person shoots

  • One person edits

  • One person writes

  • One person posts

  • One person reads data

  • One person briefs the next round

  • Context gets lost at every handoff

  • Accountability gets blurry

  • Output slows down

Every handoff adds drag. Every lost context point weakens the creative.

The New Team Shape

The Best Teams Are Built Around Full-Stack Operators.

A full-stack creative operator can:

  • Understand the brief

  • Write hooks

  • Shoot or source assets

  • Edit for attention

  • Use AI tools

  • Understand basic Meta data

  • Review creative with taste

  • Improve the next version

This does not mean specialists disappear. Specialists still matter. But a team with no full-stack operators moves too slowly.

Team ROI

Five Specialists, or Two to Four Full-Stack Operators?

The old org chart is five roles deep. The new one is two to four operators who can each carry a brief from idea to ad. Same output, fewer handoffs, less salary stack, faster learning loop.

The Old Stack (5 Roles)

  • Videographer

  • Creative strategist

  • Media buyer

  • Editor

  • AI operator

Five salaries. Five tools. Five handoffs. Context lost between every step.

The New Stack (2–4 Operators)

  • Understand the brief

  • Write hooks

  • Shoot or source assets

  • Edit for attention

  • Use AI tools

Two to four operators who can each take a brief from idea to live ad. Context stays inside the loop.

Run the maths on your current creative org. Then run it on a team of trained full-stack operators. The gap shows up fast.

The Manager Framework

Training Only Works If It Becomes a Performance Standard.

Do not buy seats and send a login.

The Staff Training version includes manager expectations, weekly output cadence, and review checkpoints.

Week 1

Setup and first shipped output

Week 4

First performance check

Week 8

Week 12

What Your Team Learns

Eight Capabilities. One Full-Stack Operator.

Each capability is a layer of the demand engine. Together they compress the team and remove the handoffs that slow the work down.

1. State Management

Create from uptime, not panic or passive task mode.

2. Sales Psychology

Understand how short-form content moves people toward action.

3. Hooks And Holds

Write openings that earn attention and bodies that keep it.

4. Taste

Review creative through shared lenses instead of random opinions.

5. Production

Shoot, edit, and create AI-assisted content with purpose.

6. AI Agent Workflow

Use Codex, Claude Code, OpenClaw, the CA Skill, and the managed agent.

7. Data Literacy

Understand hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, ROAS, MV(ad).

8. Creative Feedback Loop

Turn performance data into the next brief.

Accountability

Every Operator Leaves With Clear Output Expectations.

Training only counts if it sticks. Every staff member finishes the program with a repeatable workflow, certification on the demand creation system, and weekly output expectations a manager can hold them to.

What Every Operator Walks Out With

  • A repeatable content workflow

  • Certification on the demand creation system

  • Clear weekly output expectations

  • Shared creative review language

Manual review at first. Dashboard tooling rolling in across 2026. The accountability standard is live from day one.

The Loop

THE FULL-STACK CREATOR LOOP.

State

Listen

Brief

Create

Run

Improve

This is the loop every modern creator, founder, and team needs to understand.

Be Honest With Yourself

Who This Is For. Who It's Not.

Built For

  • Founders, CMOs, and ecommerce owners paying for content staff
  • Marketing leads who want a system, not another tool subscription
  • Teams ready to retire the old briefer-shooter-editor-buyer handoff
  • Junior hires being developed into full-stack operators
  • Social media managers winging it on instinct who want a real framework

Not Built For

  • Teams looking for a course library to bookmark and never use
  • Buyers who want plug-and-play software instead of skill
  • Managers who will not enforce weekly output and review
  • One-off contractors with no team to upgrade
  • Anyone hoping AI replaces judgement instead of multiplying it

From The Community

What Members Are Saying.

Matt

Genuinely insane value. The modules are packed with knowledge most people charge thousands for.

Zoe

The amount of value in there has just completely blown me away.

Ryan

One of the best parts about Creator Army is it's straight to the point, not a bunch of fluffy modules.

How It Works

Enrol. Learn. Produce.

Your team works through the demand creation framework at their own pace, starting with Simon's $600M Sales Shortform Masterclass and building through production, UGC, AI content, AI tools, and the Team Onboarding Playbook.

3

Apply Inside Your Business

Every concept is taught in the context of real brand work. Your team can start implementing immediately, and the Team Onboarding Playbook shows them exactly how to map the skills to your content workflow.

Common Questions

ANSWERS TO THE OBVIOUS ONES.

Is there a minimum number of people?+

No minimum. Enrol one person or your entire team, you pay per person and can add or remove people as your team changes.

What kind of staff should go through this?+

Marketing managers, social media managers, content creators, video editors, and anyone involved in briefing, producing, or publishing short-form content. If they touch content, or should, this is for them.

Is this the same content as the SMB or Creator tracks?+

The core curriculum is the same across all tracks, the four courses are shared. What's different is the Start Here experience and the add-on track. Staff members get a Staff-specific welcome, onboarding path, and the Team Onboarding Playbook, which is designed to help them apply the system inside an existing business.

Can I cancel at any time?+

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled before renewal, with access continuing to the end of the paid period.

How long does it take to complete?+

Most staff complete the core Bootcamp content within 4–6 weeks while working a full day. The courses are self-paced, your team can move faster or take more time. Live calls and Jarvis are available throughout, so they're never stuck waiting for the next module to unlock.

Do staff get access to the community?+

Yes. Every person enrolled gets access to the Creator Army community, 430+ operators, creators, and business owners sharing what's working in real time. Your team isn't learning in isolation.

Your Team Can Stay in the 2020 Model. Or You Can Train for the 2026 Standard.
