The Big Thing Your Team Gets
Simon's playbook inside every AI agent.
The Creator Army Skill installs Simon's playbook into every operator's AI agent.
This isn't a course library your team bookmarks. The Creator Army Demand Creation Skill plugs into Claude Code, Codex, and OpenClaw. Every brief, hook, script, and ad your team produces comes back tuned to the same demand system.

Busy team. Slow creative system.
The old content team looks productive on the surface. But underneath, every step adds another baton pass, another opinion, and another chance for the brief to get weaker.
9
Failure points
6+
Baton passes
1
Lost brief
Every handoff adds drag. Every lost context point weakens the creative.
Handoff Chain
What the brief passes through before it ships
One person shoots
One person edits
One person writes
One person posts
One person reads data
One person briefs the next round
Handoff cost
System alert
Context gets lost at every handoff
Accountability gets blurry
Output slows down
Team Shape
Fewer handoffs. Clearer ownership.
Operator 01
Brief to ad.
Operator 02
Ad to result.
Operator 03
Result to next brief.
Fewer people touching the same brief.
Each operator can own a complete slice of creative output, while specialists support the edge cases.
The New Team Shape
One operator carries the loop.
The best teams are built around full-stack operators who keep the brief, creative choices, AI context, and performance feedback in one working loop.
1
Owner per brief
0
Lost context points
Specialists still matter.
But a team with no full-stack operators moves too slowly.
Manager Standard
Framework, assets, accountability.
Do not buy seats and send a login. Staff Training gives the manager one simple standard to brief, review, and hold operators to each week.
Review checkpoints
Week 1 / 4 / 8 / 12
Enough structure to keep the team honest. Not another dashboard to manage.
Manager OS
One standard the manager can actually run.
Framework
Week 1 / 4 / 8 / 12 reviews
Setup, performance check, output review, result audit.
Manager assets
Onboarding, templates, logs, calendar
The practical assets a manager needs to run the standard.
Accountability
Workflow, certification, weekly output
Clear expectations and one shared creative review language.
Manual review now. Dashboard tooling rolls in across 2026.
The Operating System
Tools only work when the operator owns the outcome.
This is what your team learns: how to turn course content, AI tools, production, and performance feedback into one operating standard.
First upgrade the operator.
Then install the tools around their judgement.
Operator OS
The stack your team uses to own the result.
Operator first
State, taste, judgement, and ownership before more tools.
Tools with context
AI agents, production, and tracking inside one demand system.
Feedback loop
Performance data turns into the next sharper brief.

Be Honest With Yourself
Fit check before pricing
Are you training a team, or buying another login?
Staff Training works when the team is expected to ship, review, and improve inside one demand standard.
Qualification Board
Pick the actual operating mode.
Ready to train
There is ownership, output, and review.
Wrong fit
There is no manager standard to run.
01
Who is being trained
Content staff who need to own briefs, production, and review.
A one-off contractor or a team with no operator to upgrade.
02
What the manager will do
Review weekly output and enforce one creative standard.
Send logins out and hope the team remembers to watch.
03
Why you are buying
Install a demand system your team can repeat every week.
Add another tool subscription and expect skill to appear.
04
What happens after training
Briefs, hooks, edits, ads, and data get owned by the same loop.
The old handoff chain keeps losing context and speed.
Pass condition
Weekly output is reviewed by someone with authority.
If that standard exists, the training compounds.
If it does not, buy skill later when the team is ready to use it.

Signal 02
High-value modules
Featured note
The strongest signal is usefulness, not hype.
“Genuinely insane value. The modules are packed with knowledge most people charge thousands for.”
More member signals
Value lands when the work is direct and usable.
Zoe
“The amount of value in there has just completely blown me away.”
Ryan
“One of the best parts about Creator Army is it's straight to the point, not a bunch of fluffy modules.”

Common Questions
ANSWERS TO THE OBVIOUS ONES.
Is there a minimum number of people?+
No minimum. Enrol one person or your entire team, you pay per person and can add or remove people as your team changes.
What kind of staff should go through this?+
Marketing managers, social media managers, content creators, video editors, and anyone involved in briefing, producing, or publishing short-form content. If they touch content, or should, this is for them.
Is this the same content as the SMB or Creator tracks?+
The core curriculum is the same across all tracks, the four courses are shared. What's different is the Start Here experience and the add-on track. Staff members get a Staff-specific welcome, onboarding path, and the Team Onboarding Playbook, which is designed to help them apply the system inside an existing business.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled before the next billing cycle. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled before renewal, with access continuing to the end of the paid period.
How long does it take to complete?+
Most staff complete the core Bootcamp content within 4–6 weeks while working a full day. The courses are self-paced, your team can move faster or take more time. Live calls and Jarvis are available throughout, so they're never stuck waiting for the next module to unlock.
Do staff get access to the community?+
Yes. Every person enrolled gets access to the Creator Army community, 430+ operators, creators, and business owners sharing what's working in real time. Your team isn't learning in isolation.
